Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Standard delivery

3–4 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery

1–2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

International shipping

At the moment, we primarily ship within the UK. International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis.

If you’re located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at social@justbaking.co.uk before purchasing so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order will be dispatched within 30 days. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated by email.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
